Figure S6. Tyrosine phosphorylation of VEGFR-2 in sparse and confluent VEC-positive cells transfected with DEP-1 wt or DEP-1 C/S. Phosphotyrosine content in VEGFR-2 was upregulated in confluent DEP-1 C/S in comparison with DEP-1 wt or untrasfected VEC-positive cells. In sparse conditions, DEP-1 C-S cells behaved like DEP-1 wt or untransfected VEC-positive cells. The bands immunostained with antiphosphotyrosine (IB ${alpha}$ phosphoTyr) after immunoprecipitation with anti-VEGFR-2 antibody (IP ${alpha}$ VEGFR-2) are shown.
