Figure S1. Time-dependent reduction of VAMP protein expression by siRNA-mediated gene silencing in 3T3L1 adipocytes. 3T3L1 adipocytes were transfected with random siRNA or VAMP-specific siRNA, and total cell extracts were prepared at 24, 48, and 72 h later. The extracts were then immunoblotted for the presence of the VAMP proteins. Representative immunoblots from three independent experiments are shown.
