Time-lapse microscopy of CntSi myoblasts. Time-lapse analysis of myoblast fusion in CntSi cells. Frames were captured every 15 min for a total of 60 h, encompassing d 2, 3, and 4 during myoblast differentiation and fusion. To improve visibility, AraC was added to the media at d 2 in DM.
