Figure S3. Different MAP kinases inhibitors do not affect steady-state distribution of SAC1 or Golgi morphology in proliferating cells in the presence of serum. NIH3T3 cells grown in the presence of high (10%) serum were mock treated or incubated with 10 µM of the MEK1/2 MAPK inhibitor UO126, 5 µM of the JNK inhibitor SP600125, or 10 µM of the p38 MAPK inhibitor SB203508 for 1 h as indicated. Cells were fixed, permeabilized, and stained with polyclonal anti-SAC1 (A) or antibodies against Golgi markers GM130 and Man-II (B) followed by immunofluorescence microscopy. Bars, 15 µm.
