(A) Freshly isolated and cultured neutrophils were stained with anti–cathepsin D and anti-MPO antibodies. (B) Freshly isolated neutrophils were stained with anti–cathepsin D and anti–caspase-3 antibodies. (C) Freshly isolated neutrophils were stained with anti–cytochrome c and anti-Smac antibodies.
