Figure S3. Clp1 CR localization is dispensable for cytokinesis after low-dose lat A treatment. Wild-type, clp1Δ, and mid1Δ_431–481 cells were grown to mid log phase at 32°C, treated with 0.2 µm of low-dose lat A or DMSO (control) for 5 h, and then fixed and stained with DAPI and methyl blue. At least 200 cells were scored for number of nuclei.
