Time-lapse image of Cut14-GFP taken with Sad1-RFP (example 1). The GFP-tagged cut14+ gene was chromosomally integrated and expressed under the native promoter in the wild-type S. pombe. Resulting strains were transformed by plasmids carrying the RFP-tagged sad1+ gene under the native promoter. Images were taken at 1-min intervals using a DeltaVision microscope.
