CAR fibroblast before and after treatment with 50 µM blebbistatin. Video corresponds to Fig. 7 B. Cell was transfected with mCherry-actin. Filopodia protrusion, kinking, and lateral movements are not inhibited. Note also the translocation of filopodia bundles into lamella but the failure to form contractile arrays. Time-lapse images were acquired every 30 s and the total duration of the video was 83 min. The display rate is 6 frames/s. Bar, 10 µm.
