FRAP of GFP-tubulin after Dgt5 and Cnn RNAi FRAP of GFP-tubulin in the metaphase spindle. Half of the spindle region was bleached while images were acquired every 5 s. Rapid recovery of fluorescence was observed for control and Cnn RNAi spindles, whereas only slow recovery, mostly near the spindle equator, was detected without Dgt5.
