(A and B) DP and DN TCRγδ⁺ cells from OP9-DL1 co-cultures (as in Fig. 1 D), ex vivo TCR γδ ⁺ thymocytes, or ex vivo DP thymocytes (all from pTα^−/− mice) were sorted, and rgs1 (A), sox13 (B), and hprt1 expression levels were analyzed by real-time PCR. Relative expression of rgs1 and sox13 to hprt1 is shown.
