Figure S3. In the top panel, the reporter cap-, EMCV-, and HCV-fLuc-MCS-poly(A) mRNA were extracted from each fraction after in vitro translation assay at 30°C for 90 min (Fig. 5 A). They were analyzed with probes (MCS sequences) for them on Northern blots (NB), the images captured with a phospho-imaging analyzer (BAS-2500; Fujifilm). Also, total RNA separated by electrophoresis in a 1.2% formamide agarose gel was shown in the bottom panel.
