Figure S2. RORγt⁺ T cells express genes involved in the Th17 or T reg cell pathways. T cells isolated from the spleens and mesenteric lymph nodes of Rorc(γt)-Gfp^TG mice were sorted into GFP⁺ and GFP⁻ populations. The expression of 84 genes related to the Th17 and T reg cell pathways was analyzed using real-time PCR arrays. Results are plotted as the 2^−ΔCt value of individual genes calculated with the mean Ct of five housekeeping genes. The annotated genes are amplified >10-fold (threshold indicated by dotted lines) between GFP⁺ and GFP⁻ T cells. Results are representative of three independent experiments. In the experiment shown, Il22 was only expressed in GFP⁺ cells.
