Figure S1. Transient transfection of CPAF leads to changes in cellular morphology. T-REx-293 or T-REx-HeLa cells were transiently transfected with the gyrB-CPAF construct or a control vector containing only the FLAG tag-triple gyrase B construct (gyrB). CPAF expression was induced for 16 h by addition of 4 ng/ml anhydrotetracycline (AHT) and 1 µM coumermycin (CM) 24 h after transfection. Cell morphology was analyzed by light microscopy. Bar, 10 µm.
