Figure S2. Jasp induces excess actin polymerization around the furrow. 1 mM Jasp or DMSO was injected into WT cycle-13 early prophase embryos. Furrow membrane and F-actin dynamics were monitored by GFP-Dlg and exogenous Rhodamine-actin respectively. Jasp had little effect on furrow membrane (green, marked by GFP-Dlg), whereas it induced excess F-actin filament accumulation around the furrow within 5 min of injection (compared with the embryos after DMSO injection at the equivalent times).
