LatA injection results in loss of membrane integrity and spindle fusions. LatA was injected at early cycle-13 prophase into GFP-Dlg (green) embryos previously injected with Rhodamine-tubulin (red). Frames were acquired every 20 s. Playback rate: six frames per second.
