Figure S1. Northern Blots of human Cosmc and T-synthase. Human multiple tissue northern blots were detected by ³²P-labeled human Cosmc cDNA (A) and T-synthase cDNA (B) probes respectively at 68°C. After washing with ultra-high stringency solution (0.1XSSC, 0.1% SDS), Kodak BioMax films were exposed to the blots and developed. β-Actin was used as a loading control (C).
