Figure S3. Cosmc and T-synthase localize in different compartments in a cell. CHO K1 cells cultured on chambered slides were transiently cotransfected with Cosmc-HA and T-synthase–HPC4. At 48 h after transfection, the cells were stained with Alexa 488–labeled anti-HA (green) and Alexa 568–labeled anti-HPC4 (red). The cells were visualized under confocal microscope and images were collected. Bars, 20 µm.
