Real-time dynamic colocalization of CD9. Double tracking of two single CD9 molecules differentially labeled with either Atto647N (red)- or Cy3B (green)-conjugated Fab fragments of SYB-1. This video corresponds to the original data shown in Fig. 6. Video recording was performed at 100 ms, and the pixel size corresponds to 160 nm. White lines correspond to the trajectories of CD9 single molecules tracked in real time.
