Figure S1.Hpr and apoL-I or Hpr and Tr-apoL-I colocalize to the same HDL. (A) A280 profile of freshly collected Tg-HuapoA-I mouse plasma separated by size on a Superose 16/50 column. (B) Human HDL or fractions containing Hpr and apoL-I from Tg mouse plasma (HuapoA-I:Hpr:apoL-I or HuapoA-I:Hpr:Tr-apoL-I) were pooled and incubated with affinity purified rabbit anti–human apoL-I (top) or nonspecific rabbit IgG (bottom), both bound to protein G as indicated on the right (IP). Pellets (P) and supernatants (S) were separated, and the proteins were revealed by Western blot with monoclonal anti-Hpr or anti–apoL-I followed by Mouse Trueblot Ultra-HRP (eBioscience; 1:1000), as indicated on the left. Nonspecific rabbit IgG does not immunoprecipitate any antigens, whereas rabbit anti–human apoL-I immunoprecipitates both apoL-I (P) and Tr-apo L-I (P) and coimmunoprecipitates Hpr (P).
