Figure S7. AID mRNA levels are specifically reduced in B cells overexpressing miR-181b. Primary B cells were retrovirally transduced with miR-181b, miR-19b, miR30d, miR-149, or control vectors. Transduced, GFP⁺ cells were sorted by flow cytometry after 3 d of LPS + IL-4 stimulation, and AID expression was assessed by real-time RT-PCR.
