Figure S2. CD4+ TEM cells migrate in the T cell area of reactive lymph nodes. CD4+ TEM and naive T cells were sorted as described in Fig. S1, labeled with CMTMR or CFSE, respectively, and injected i.v. at a 1:1 ratio (3 × 106 cells per each mouse) in mice in which a reactive lymph node was induced 2 d before by s.c. injection of 106 LPS-matured DCs. After 16 h, the draining lymph node was collected, snap frozen, and processed for fluorescence microscopy analysis. One representative experiment out of two performed is shown. Bar, 100 µm.
