Figure S2. CD4⁺ T_EM cells migrate in the T cell area of reactive lymph nodes. CD4⁺ T_EM and naive T cells were sorted as described in Fig. S1, labeled with CMTMR or CFSE, respectively, and injected i.v. at a 1:1 ratio (3 × 10⁶ cells per each mouse) in mice in which a reactive lymph node was induced 2 d before by s.c. injection of 10⁶ LPS-matured DCs. After 16 h, the draining lymph node was collected, snap frozen, and processed for fluorescence microscopy analysis. One representative experiment out of two performed is shown. Bar, 100 µm.
