Figure S1. Depletion of rabaptin5 results in depletion of rabex-5. Protein G beads were coated with 10 µg of anti-rabaptin5 antibody and incubated with HEK293T cytosol (24 µg) for 2 h at 4°C. Equivalent volumes of the washed beads (B) and supernatants (S) were Western blotted with anti-rabaptin5 and anti-rabex5 antibodies. Depletion of rabaptin5 was ∼90% and depletion of rabex5 was >65%.
