A, Hmga2 mRNA levels were evaluated by RT-qPCR at the indicated time points after treatment of confluent 3T3-F442A cells with 5ug/ml insulin (n=3±SDEV). Cyclophilin was used as a reference gene. B, mRNA expression of various adipogenic genes was assayed by RT-qPCR in differentiated 3T3-F442A cells that were transfected with control oligonucleotide or let-7a precursor. Cyclophilin was used as a reference gene. The mRNA levels were measured at 7 days after transfection and incubation with insulin for 6 days (n=3±SEM; *, P
