AT single-donor recipient pairs 11 A/B, 12 A/B, 13 A/B, and 14 A/B, multiple-donor recipients 21 A/B/C, and immune mouse 32 are from the experiment shown in Table 5. Pair 4 A/B (see Table 7) and immune mouse 8 are from a separate experiment. The % of VB10+CD62L- cells among CD8+ cells in PBL was determined by flow cytometry for individual mice on day 19 (pre-screen) after injection of P815-CW3 cells, and on the day of sorting (as indicated).
