Detection of p53 in MCF-7 cells (HPV-negative) and HeLa, SiHa, and CasKi cells (HPV-positive) after transfection of STIP and STIPala constructs. The antibodies were DO-1 for p53 and anti-thio for thioredoxin. DO-1 and anti-thio were detected with FITC and Texas red-conjugated secondary antibodies, respectively.
