Fig. S1. MitoPLD is not involved in ROS-mediated PKD1 activation. Cells were co-transfected with PKD1 and control vector, MitoPLD or PLD1. PKD1 was immunoprecipitated (α-HA) and resolved by SDS-PAGE. Western blotting was performed with α-pS738/S742. Samples were stripped and re-probed with α-PKD1 to control equal expression. Lysates were stained for MitoPLD and PLD1 expression.
