In the Abstract Patients and Methods section, the radiation therapy volume at 20 Gy (V20) was given as ≤ 20% in the last sentence, whereas it should have been ≤ 30%, as follows: “The volume of lung at or exceeding 20 Gy (V20) was mandated to be ≤ 30%.” This has been corrected as of April 26, 2010.
