In the same section, under Busulfan, reference 96 should have been cited instead of reference 60 in the fourth sentence of the first paragraph as follows:
“These findings are supported by results from a study involving 14 children (age 0.5 to 4 years) and 11 older children and adults (age 12 to 54 years), which showed a significant increase in busulfan apparent oral clearance expressed relative to BSA in the group of younger children.96
