Locations of the predicted transmembrane domains are indicated above the sequences. Relatively conserved residues are color-coded according to chemical properties, and two conserved cysteines are denoted by asterisks. The membrane portion of Mth is related to representative receptors within each group with the following BLAST E values: human CD97: 3 ´ 10-7; mouse flamingo: 2 ´ 10-3; rat secretin receptor: 0.65.
