• Figure S1. The effect of ERK1 and/or ERK2 knock down in DLBCL (JPG, 102 KB) -
  ERK1 and/or ERK2 were knocked down in OCI-LY3 (A) and OCI-LY19 (B) cells using lentiviral shRNA. After 72 hours of transduction, apoptosis was measured by AnnexinV/PI staining followed by flow cytometric analysis. Cell lystes were prepared and expression of ERK and BIM were determined by western blotting in (C) OCI-LY3 and (D) OCI-LY19 cells using specific antibodies.
