Noninvasive Assessment of Transstenotic Pressure Gradients in Porcine Renal Artery Stenoses by Using Vastly Undersampled Phase-Contrast MR Angiography

Movie (4.4 MB). Flow visualization of renal arteries in porcine model (pig 4). Data were acquired with unenhanced phase-contrast VIPR MR angiography, providing vascular anatomy and velocity information, both shown in the movie. The velocity information is color coded throughout the cardiac cycle, demonstrating increased velocities distal to the stenosis.
