Nonmobile, long, straight, late endosomal tubules, visualized with rhodamine-dextran, in nontransfected CT60 CHO cells that have cholesterol lipidosis. Cells were incubated in medium containing rhodamine-dextran for 12 hr and chased in medium without dextran for 5 hr. The movie speed is 14 times real time, and it contains 50 frames.
