Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Supplemental Table S1 -

Table S1. Ultrastructural characterization of myelinating cocultures abnormalities

  • Supplemental Figure S1 -
  • Supplemental Figure S2 -
  • Supplemental Figure S3 -
  • Movie 1 -

Movie 1. Time-lapse microscopy of SC cultures showing the dynamic cytoskeletal changes occurring after exposure to db-cAMP for 24 hours. Images were captured every 12 minutes over a period of 15 hours. Frames are shown at a rate of 7.5 frames/second.

  • Movie 2 -

Movie 2. Time-lapse microscopy of pre-myelinating cocultures established with shCTRL or shMLCK-treated SC. In both conditions SC are able to contact and move along the axons. SC in shMLCK cultures extend very long and thin processes that are not observed in control cultures. Images were taken every 12 minutes for period of 21 hours. Frames are shown at a rate of 7.5 frames/second.

  • Movie 3 -

Movie 3. Time-lapse microscopy of SC control (left panel) or cultures treated with ML7 (right panel) showing a striking accumulation of vesicle-like structures around the nucleus. Images were captured every 15 minutes over a period of 24 hours. Frames are shown at a rate of 7.5 frames/second.
