- Supplemental Fig. 2 (.jpg, 402 KB) - GC/MS of FAs and sugar moieties in PGL/PDIM. (A) Selected ion monitoring (SIM) chromatograms at m/z 73 of FA trimethylsilyl ester derivatives in PGL/PDIM. (B) GC/MS of TMS derivatives of C26:0 FA in PGL. The main peaks of C26:0 was detected, and fragmented ions, m/z 146, 187, 229, for methyl branches at every other from the α-position. (C) GC/MS of partially deuteromethylated alditol acetate derivatives of the sugar moiety in PGL, detected as 2-O-methyl-3,4-di-O-deuteromethyl-1,5-di-O-acetyl-rhamnitol and assigned to 2-O-Me-Rha.
