The broken lines in each diagram indicate the upper limit of the normal autoantibody range equal to the average of the negative healthy controls plus 3 standard deviations. CHD8, Piccolo and CADPS autoantibody indexes were determined in relation to the positive control sera whereas PGSF2 and NSE autoantibody indexes were calculated in relation to the negative healthy controls.
