Fragments containing GLU sequences were visualized by using a ³²P-Gla cDNA. Scale at left, size of markers in kb. A partial map of pAGL4 used for transformation is shown with the positions of relevant restriction sites relative to the EcoRI site in parentheses. The TAG locus contains a single T-DNA. No truncated GLU transgenes are found (EcoRI digests).
