Scale bar is 5μm. (B) Total densities of spine-associated NR1 (NR1-only & NR1+GluR2) and GluR2 (GluR2-only & NR1+GluR2) clusters per 20μm dendrite segment from DIV10-26 neurons. (C) Densities of shaft-localized NR1 and GluR2 clusters per 20μm dendrite segments from DIV10-26 neurons.
