- Document 1. Supplemental Methods and Figures (PDF, 1.04 MB)
- Video 1. 4D imaging of WT neutrophils expressing p67-GFP phagocytosing S.aureus bacteria (AVI, 6.63 MB) -
This video corresponds to the image sequence shown in Fig 2Bi. Image sequences were imported in Volocity and 3D rendered over time. Videos were built using Volocity software. The position of the bacterium at the time of attachment to the neutrophil, and the position of the internalised bacterium after p67-GFP translocation to the phagosomal membrane, is indicated by an arrow.
- Video 2. 4D imaging of WT neutrophils expressing p67-GFP phagocytosing IgG-SRBC (AVI, 7.92 MB) -
This video corresponds to the image sequence shown in Fig 2Ci. Image sequences were imported, and videos were built as described for Video 1. The position of the particle during attachment of particle to neutrophil, and the position of the p67-GFP containing pre-phagosomal structure, is indicated by an arrow.
- Video 3. 4D imaging of WT unprimed neutrophils expressing p67-GFP phagocytosing serum-S.aureus (AVI, 6.92 MB) -
Image sequences were imported in Volocity and 3D rendered over time. Videos were built using Volocity software. The position of the bacterium at the time of attachment to the neutrophil, and the position of the internalised bacterium after p67-GFP translocation to the phagosomal membrane, is indicated by an arrow.
- Video 4. 4D imaging of WT neutrophils expressing GFP-iPX phagocytosing S.aureus bacteria (AVI, 8.66 MB) -
This video corresponds to the image sequence shown in Fig 2Bii. Image sequences were imported, and videos were built as described for Video 1. The position of the bacteria at the time of attachment to the neutrophil, and the position of the internalized bacteria after GFP-iPX translocation to the phagosomal membrane, is indicated by two arrows.
- Video 5. 4D imaging of WT neutrophils expressing GFP-iPX and p67-GFP phagocytosing S.aureus (AVI, 6.83 MB) -
Image sequences were imported, and videos were built as described for Video 1. The position of the bacteria during their attachment to the neutrophil, and the position of the internalised bacteria after p67-GFP translocation to the phagosomal membrane, is indicated by two arrows. When individual channels are shown, they are annotated with the corresponding fluorophore-tagged protein or probe on the bottom right.
- Video 6. 4D imaging of WT neutrophils expressing GFP-iPX phagocytosing IgG-SRBC (AVI, 7.43 MB) -
This video corresponds to the image sequence shown in Fig 2Cii (bottom panel). Image sequences were imported, and videos were built as described for Video 1. The position of the particle during attachment of particle to neutrophil, and the position of the GFP-iPX containing pre-phagosomal structure, is indicated by an arrow.
