BCRP ATPase activity measured in the presence of tariquidar. Tariquidar stimulates ATPase activity to 2.5-fold the basal activity, demonstrating a direct substrate interaction with BCRP (concentration required for 50% stimulation = 138.4 ± 21.4 nM). The basal activity was subtracted to calculate percent stimulation in the presence of indicated concentrations of tariquidar.
