Live imaging of a pachytene spermatocyte cell. Testes transfected with GFP-TRF1 were cultured at 33°C in the medium in the presence of Hoechst 33324. Images were collected using a DeltaVision microscopy system. Exposures of 0.15 s (for GFP) and 0.025 s (for Hoechst 33324) were acquired every 30 s for 5 min.
