From NgC2DIV inset in Fig. 6. This movie shows bidirectional vesicle transport in cell body and all emanating processes in an NgCAM-GFP expressing neuron. Note the increased fluorescence at the edges of the processes, denoting NgCAM-GFP in the plasma membrane. The bright structure in the cell body is the Golgi apparatus.
