Movie SV1, dynamic localization of TatB-eGFP at the tips of a germinating spore (S. coelicolor strain BRO8). The movie consists of 68 frames (2 min per frame). Images were collected using a Zeiss Observer with a 100-ms exposure on a Hamamatsu EM-CCD C9100-02. The best-fit intensity setting was used to show similar fluorescence intensity over the length of the movie. For still images, see Fig. 5.
