    Fig. S1. Reduced Rap2 expression does not affect total expression levels of extended and high affinity LFA-1. Accompanying Fig. 4C, this control experiment shows that there is no difference in the total levels of biotinylated LFA-1 immunoprecipitated by mAbs specific for pan-LFA-1 (38), high affinity (24) and extended (KIM127) LFA-1 in Rap2 siRNA-treated T cells compared with control siRNA-treated and WT T cells.
