Images were acquired by a customized time-lapse TIRFM (TILL Photonics based on an automated iMic stand and an Olympus 1.45 NA 100× objective) at 24°C. Frames were collected every 2 s. Related to Fig. 2 I. For the whole video, frame rate is 15 frames per second.
