Cofilin peptide homologs (CPH) inhibit IL-2 secretion and CD25 expression. PBT were incubated with peptides M/W or without peptides (None) and then stimulated via CD2 (CD2) or left unstimulated (RT). (A) After 48 h, IL-2 was quantified in culture supernatants. Cytokine amounts produced by CD2-stimulated cells in the absence of peptides were taken as 1. Data represent means ± SE of four independent experiments. (B) After 24–42 h, cells were stained for surface expression of CD25.
