Peristaltic contractions by a Cdo^+/+ esophagus. An esophagus from a Cdo^+/+ mouse was filmed immediately after dissection with a digital camera (model DMC-TZ4, Panasonic; 30 frames per second) and displays normal morphology and rhythmic contractions.
