EB1 Levels Are Elevated in Ascorbic Acid (AA)-stimulated Osteoblasts and Mediate Cell-Cell Adhesion-induced Osteoblast Differentiation

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Supplementary Figures 1-3 (.pdf, 503 KB)
  • Supplemental Movie 1 (.mov, 1.3 MB) - EB1-mCherry and β-catenin-GFP associate at cortical regions of cell contact in confluent osteoblasts. EB1-mCherry and β-catenin-GFP constructs were transfected overnight into osteoblasts differentiated with AA for 2 days before live cell epifluorescent imaging. Images were acquired every 10 seconds for 10 min.
