The article by Denicoff, et al, entitled, "The National Cancer Institute�American Society of Clinical Oncology Cancer Trial Accrual Symposium: Summary and Recommendations" (J Oncol Pract 10.1200/JOP.2013.001119), was published online October 15, 2013 with an error.
The affiliation for Neal J. Meropol and Afshin Dowlati was given as "Case Comprehensive Cancer Center, University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center, Case Comprehensive Cancer Center, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland," whereas it should have been "University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center, Case Comprehensive Cancer Center, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland."
This has been corrected as of October 28, 2013. Journal of Oncology Practice apologizes for the mistake.
