Live imaging of prions reveals nascent PrP^Sc in cell-surface, raft-associated amyloid strings and webs

• Video 2 Clusters of Ab-patched FL PrP^C are largely immobile on the surface of live GT1.

• Video 3 PrP^Sc strings on the surface of live ScGT1 cells are immobile, akin to clusters of patched PrP^C.

• Video 4 Slow moving PrP^Sc strings and dots on the surface of live ScGT1 cells represent a major pool of surface PIPLC-resistant FL PrP^Sc.
