Fluorescence redistribution after photobleaching of GFP in the cwlD germinated spore for which the quantitative data are shown in Fig. 3 C and D. The white box in the sixth frame indicates the region photobleached. No significant redistribution of fluorescence was observed after photobleaching, although some additional photobleaching during monitoring was observed. The movie is shown in real time.
